I’ve used other diet/training apps before but the PRIDE app is definitely my favorite. It has my diet and workout plan all in one spot which Is super convenient. It has substitute meals/workouts which is a definitely helpful. I really like the weekly check in photo/weigh in which helps hold me accountable. The workout plan also has tutorial videos attached to every workout incase you aren’t sure how to do it which I love. Really nothing but good things to say! 10/10 recommend.

PFN has created a remarkable app! It is extremely user friendly and interactive. Communicating with your trainer is as easy as sending a text. Users are able to track their exercise, caloric intake, body stats, progress photos, and more via a layout that is aesthetically pleasing and customizable to display your most frequently used tiles. Your trainer also sees this data, which is useful to them as they assist you in accomplishing your goals. Workout videos are simple to follow with numerous substitutes to choose from. It also records your inputs so the next time you revisit that particular workout, you can see your previous entries. This allows you to keep a record of your advancements, reach personal records, and set new goals for yourself. These features, along with guidance from your trainer, make monitoring and maintaining your fitness goals achievable. This app is also compatible with your Apple Watch! There are a plethora of recipes available that can be filtered by dietary preferences, food sensitivities, time constraints for meal preparation, etc. Additionally, you can create your own meals using a convenient bar code scanning technology to quickly enter in food labels and pull in pertinent nutrition information. Using the PFN app has become part of my daily routine. It keeps me organized, and I truly enjoy all of the features it has to offer. Being able to see my progression throughout this journey has been a game changer!
