None of the questions populate, the assessment doesn’t work in the app and I have to go to the website, which likes to freeze at 96% and make you retake the entire assessment.

This app helps my doctor get the info he needs to prescribe my medications and meet the state and federal requirements. I see so many bad reviews because patients are not happy they have to do a little extra work. If they only knew that, without this app, they probably wouldn’t get their meds, they may feel differently.
