2025-03-29	da*****		The membership card experience for this app is pretty bad. Some things to be aware of: - The only validation for entering an ID is that it hasn’t been taken before. This means that if you mistakenly enter a bad ID or someone else’s ID, nothing will stop you. It also means that if someone else has entered your ID, you delete and re-download the app, or get a new phone then you’ll have to reset your ID at the clubhouse. - You can’t actually delete an ID you’ve entered. It will appear as if you deleted it, but the next time you open up your app it’ll still be there. So if you enter in the wrong ID or someone else’s ID, you can’t delete it to free it up or get it out of your way. - Every ID starts with “IR-“ and yet there’s no help from the app in sanitizing inputs (starting with just “IR” will result in a bad ID). The rest of the app is really just clicking a button that opens up the Ivory Ridge website. I preferred the physical membership cards and then using the internet to access other information. No need for the app.
