Pulled this device out of storage to make room on my phone for more pics/vids and suddenly it will no longer read ex-hd. Read the FAQ section about how to fix, followed the instructions to the letter and now it will not read internal storage either. I have 100s if not 1000s of pics on my phone but since following the instructions I can’t even RETRIEVE them moreover out new pics on the device. This is bad form to sell a device, hype it’s app then have the device/app fail.
