2026-05-29	Sa*****	I’ve been using the app for my business and everything was working fine however recently after an update to their app I realized I was logged out and asked to login with my number, did that but seems it was asking that I create another account and my purchased line is no where to be found 😡😡 I’ve been trying but not success. I’m frustrated at this point now

2026-05-29	Pr*****	The app lets you pay for a French number but fails the verification process without explanation if you don't live in France. It's a buggy mix of native and web views, and customer service which is only reachable by email, won't even help with refunds. They just tell you to go to Apple. Avoid.

2026-05-14	Om*****	@Call.com Why remove the 1-month and 3-month subscription options? Not everyone can afford to pay for 12 months upfront. Forcing users toward the most expensive plan is unfair, especially when the yearly subscription isn’t cheap.
