Need extra energy? GET THIS APP AND TURN IT ON…. I will suggest that the app give an option to turn off the haptics vibes. Otherwise its good stuff and you should be able to tell it too. I just wrote an incredible review. We’ll, I thought so. Then a cat jumped on my phone and the whole thing was gone. Gone. But I didn’t cry, scream, or curse. Because I had my brain plugged into BrainWaves. Seriously, this really happened. If Rosie had not erased that review, I wouldn’t have known how calm I was. I’m telling you that this is great app. I really needed this now that the days are getting shorter and my depression is creeping back in for the winter months. But this winter… We’ll see. There’s hope. And I really believe that. BTW I am a real person and this is my real story. I use AirPods to listen. Ear plugs make a huge difference.
