2025-12-26	Ch*****		If you want to transfer chase points good luck. You can’t log in. You can’t find flights with points, and honestly you can’t even log in with out calling the 1-800 number. This app is trash all around. Scratch it and start over.

2025-08-06	F.*****		This app is amazing! I didn’t know about double dipping points, but this is SO worth it! The points help me save a lot of money when booking tickets with KLM! And the best of all is that I only have to link my cards and credits are saved automatically when I purchase something with one of the merchants who is part of the program (the offer is already great and I’ve noticed it’s growing). Had to get “used of using it”, but once my cards were connected it was actually very easy!

There is no “contact us” or any customer service ever listed to reach. Contacted flying blue if they can help. They had no idea about this app and what it is about.
