Perentie App

Perentie Apps provides powerful business applications designed to support contractor compliance, learning management, HSEQ & risk, asset management and visitor attendance.

The Perentie Apps mobile application gives field and operations teams convenient access to perform data entry and operational tasks where mobile devices are the most practical and user-friendly option.

Use the app to complete forms, checklists, inspections, risk assessments and other field activities while accessing the information required to manage your operations.

Access requires an existing Perentie Apps user account.

The mobile app is free to download. Existing Perentie Apps clients can sign in using their company credentials. Contact your company administrator if you require login details.

Contractor Compliance

Manage contractor and supplier information and documents in a central system. Monitor contractor compliance and access compliance information across your business.

Learning Management

Manage training and learning activities, including eLearning courses, assessments, trainee records, courses requiring action and training reminders.

HSEQ

Manage hazards, incidents, corrective actions, safety inspections, observations, safety measures, Take 5s, SWMS and Dangerous Goods Management.

Track and report safety statistics, including leading and lagging indicators, incident information and reporting.

Asset Management

Manage your equipment and asset register with access to asset details, documents, service information, operational and fault status, service meter units, materials and service history.

Record equipment prestarts, capture service meter information, manage equipment faults with images, and complete scheduled asset inspections.

Asset Management also provides access to materials, parts, parts lists and supplier information.

Dashboards

Access operational dashboards for:

• Contractor Compliance – compliant and non-compliant contractors, activity and new contractors • Learning Management – expired training, current trainees, courses to do and unassigned trainees • HSEQ – new incidents, open actions, safety inspections and new hazards • Asset Management – services due and overdue, inspections due and overdue, active faults, registrations and insurance
