사용자 리뷰

Overall, Heptabase is a powerful, visual PKM tool with strong desktop performance and solid cross‑platform syncing. Users cite its graph-based organization and intuitive use as major strengths. Recurring downsides involve onboarding login/billing issues and substantial iPad/iOS feature gaps (editing, drag-and-drop, PDF annotation, tables/kanban), plus concerns about feature delivery and roadmap priorities. Despite these, many reviewers see clear value and expect continued improvements.

장점

Excellent desktop experience with incredible stability and frequent updates.
Strong cross‑platform syncing and a solid, improving mobile app.
Graph-based PKM with visual thinking and easy-to-visualize knowledge networks.
Intuitive interface with a gentle learning curve and easy note capture.
Good PDF support for reading and workflow integration.

단점

Onboarding blockers: sign‑up/login and billing flows can fail, blocking access.
iPad/iOS parity gaps: cannot edit whiteboards, drag‑and‑drop missing, missing tables/kanban, and limited PDF annotation.
Roadmap/priority concerns: some platform features are delayed or undervalued, including iPad-specific improvements.
