2013-09-22	Tr*****	This app was a bit intimidating. The hypnosis was rather vivid and easy to visualize. I could see myself breathing through my heart chakra very well, and could see/feel the light flowing through my feet and the waterfall rushing through my head. It was as though my body opened up and I was everywhere and nowhere at the same time. I used the sleep version and when I went to sleep, I dreamt that I had been hit by a car and had become a blob of protoplasm on the road. Someone was scooping me up into a mesh bag but I kept oozing out of the mesh and back onto the road. All of the things I experienced fit with the concept of the app cleaning out--detoxifying--my energies from past traumas. The whole idea is a bit scary, isn't it?
