Joint Approach is an online programme of exercise and education for people with osteoarthritis (OA). It provides people with immediate digital access to the core treatments recommended by NICE for OA. (National Institute for Clinical Excellence) It has been clinically proven in the NHS to reduce pain, improve quality of life and improve strength in people who suffer from the disease.

Joint Approach includes;

A personalised exercise programme Equipment to facilitate exercise at home. Access to a team of professionals contributing to your education videos. Your own journal for reflections. Online surveys to assess your progress Live exercise classes.

It is suitable for; People aged 45+ diagnosed with OA People wanting to reduce symptoms (e.g pain/stiffness) People awaiting joint replacement surgery and want the best outcomes after. Those who wish to self manage their own condition in their own homes and minimise clinic or hospital visits.

Joint Approach partners with you and your clinician (e.g Physiotherapist or Doctor) to achieve your very best outcome. Your support team includes Physiotherapy, Exercise advice, Nutritional advice, and coaching to keep you on track throughout a 12 week programme and beyond.
