Apna Doctor is a part of digital healthcare services provided for users who want to consult international doctors using video call appointment service for general appointments (non-critical), Follow up appointment, Referrals, Prescriptions and/or Diagnostic tests. Using NextGen Health Solutions' telehealth system, you are able to connect to our doctors and specialists using video call option without having to go onsite.

Hassle-free appointments No issues about leaving your work-place to catch an appointment No need to worry about how to leave the ones you care about at home when you need to catch an appointment No need to find parking spot Use our AI powered symptom checker, MiA, for self-triage to see if you need to see a doctor now or later or follow self-care advice (subject to regional availability). Unique features: Appointment with a doctor is available usually on a same day basis (subject to availability). Prescriptions can be sent electronically to our partnered pharmacy services (limited to specific areas and locations) or sent direct to your designated pharmacy. Patients can access their records directly from the application. Connect health devices to the app via Healthkit / GoogleFit to enable a near real-time syncing of health data which can be reviewed by the doctors during consultation.

Frequent Questions: Is it easy to book appointments? Yes. Simply click "Book Appointment" on the main page of the app and select specialty and check for the available times and book your appointments.  Can we cancel a booked appointment Unfortunately, once an appointment is booked, we cannot cancel it to as the doctor’s time is reserved for the appointment. How long does the consultancy last? It usually takes between 5 to 10 minutes for the consultation.
