The feature I love most about this app is the interval chime. When I meditate for 20 minutes, I like to divide the session into different stages, and the chime lets me know when each interval has ended without interrupting my focus. For example, I may spend the first five minutes relaxing, the next five minutes practicing mindfulness, and the final ten minutes visualizing. Most meditation apps only signal the beginning and end of a session, which makes it difficult to structure a meditation this way. This interval feature is the main reason I chose this app. It gives me the flexibility to create a meditation practice that works for me.
