If you ask people, "Do you know what AsiaPay is?" absolutely no one knows the correct answer! AsiaPay is not a bank, not a digital wallet, and not a street-side money exchange shop. No one knows what it actually is! The app partners with MoneyGram, but users cannot receive money—they can only send it. If you send money abroad, it is ridiculously expensive and they charge huge fees. They do not offer a plastic bank card either. This useless app completely mistreats its customers. Every single time you want to deposit money, it forces you to take a selfie and send it to AsiaPay! That is just horrible.
