EMERGE & SEE CONNECT

EMERGE & SEE CONNECT is an interactive wellness app created by medically retired Emergency Service workers in NSW and ACT. It supports current and former ES workers to manage mental health and wellbeing complexities through downloadable resources for individuals, families, and workplaces, and by providing direct access to legal, financial, and medical experts. The platform connects users with trusted ES-focused providers and fosters peer connection in a positive, future-oriented community.

It also offers state-wide wellness activities, workplace education and empowerment workshops, guided wellness practices such as yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and gratitude, team challenges, and a space for ES partners, families, and providers to network and collaborate to improve programs and services.
