I have given this company multiple chances to improve their service, but unfortunately my experience has remained consistently disappointing. It appears they invest heavily in advertisements and paid promotions, but very little in product quality or customer service. Some of the key issues I experienced include: 1. Misleading product images – The flowers delivered look noticeably different from the pictures shown on the website/app, particularly in terms of size and overall presentation. 2. Poor flower quality – On more than one occasion the flowers delivered were not fresh. When this is raised with customer support, the typical response is simply that they “tried their best,” without any meaningful attempt to resolve the issue. 3. Superficial customer recovery tactics – Instead of addressing the actual problem with an order, they often offer a small discount (for example, 10% off the next purchase). This feels like a marketing tactic designed to bring customers back rather than genuinely fixing the problem. 4. Weak app and technical experience – The app itself lacks basic functionality. Customers are frequently redirected to WhatsApp chats or external webpages to track orders, which makes the overall experience feel fragmented and poorly designed. 5. Overall reliability concerns – Across multiple orders, the service has not improved despite repeated feedback. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering local florists or vendors instead. In many cases they are more affordable, more reliable, and deliver fresher flowers than large online platforms like this one.
