User Reviews
I’m writing to warn other parents: the field owner, Woodside Sports Complex (Mauston, WI / Wi Dells) actively promoted LiveBarn live‑streaming service during my son’s games. They displayed marketing signage on-site and on this app suggesting fans and loved ones could watch the games online. I trusted that service would work.
But once I paid for a subscription, guess what? Not a single game of ours was streamed.
Only certain fields have video, maybe 2 out of 10, but not ours. I had no way of knowing as I was not physically there. I reached out to the streaming company LiveBarn—they casually responded with “buyer beware” and refused any refunds.
Woodside Sports said “we did not collect payment, not our problem”.
Here’s what was clearly wrong:
Woodside Sports Complex advertised and endorsed LibeBarn on-site.
Despite that endorsement, no content was delivered.
They made no effort to inform subscribers of failures or partial coverage.
I paid in good faith based on the field owner’s marketing. What I got was nothing.
To the field management:
You’ve lost trust. You advertised a valuable service and offered zero accountability. Families relied on that promise. They deserve answers, refunds, and public clarity. Your indifference only compounds the harm.

While the idea of playing year round is great. This facility is not in the best condition. They charge you for everything, parking, admission, not really a healthy food options . No safe place to sit and watch because teams are warming up all over the place. The dome is usually freezing and they should get one age group in and out instead of making you stay the whole weekend. I definitely will not be back.

The Woodside Sports Complex fields are not kept up at all. The mounds are down to the fiberglass and there are holes in the turf (which is the cheapest turf you can buy as well). Safety is a huge concern as there are no nets overhead between the fields. The bleachers had rotten wood and holes where people stepped through. The tournament directors also make sure your stay is extended and in works with local hotels to price gouge room rates. Teams travel from different states and pay a lot to be in these tournaments - they deserve better than this. Oh and it’s $35 per person for a weekend pass. Talk about a money grab. Do not recommend. It’s a fun premise (Ghost Town theme) but poorly executed and kept up.
