2023-03-19	Fe*****	Overall has been a pleasant experience. With the exception of a few missing features like editing reservations, the app is easy to use and very simple. Very few delays and drivers have all been great. Just a few minor tweaks to work out with the app but overall very nice and a really great amenity for Retreatia guests.

2023-01-01	da*****	Your app is terrible. It stated driver was a minute away and he had already passed us to drop someone else off. I had no idea if he was coming back. Three kids in freezing snow. App then said he was a minute away. He was not. It then said he had arrived. He was nowhere to be seen until a couple of minutes later after I panicked and started to call Lyft because I thought we were stuck with no ride. Your app needs some SERIOUS updates to let people know ahead of time what the delays are and not just keep pushing people out by 5-10-15 minute increments until your 5:35 ride becomes 6:15 and you have to take the bus. BAD experience all around two days in a row
