I have been waiting 6 days for service with multiple drivers confirming the order (4 drivers) and none of them have arrived for pickup. They advertise that it would be 3 hours to 3 days. The original rep said no problem we never have any issues but it has been issue after issue with multiple orders. The compliance email on the app is inoperable. There is no customer service line to call, my rep is unreachable and I’ve had to several times request a quote for services in order for them to call me. They have not provided services and if this is not resolved today an FCC report will be sent since they are holding my money and no services are rendered. Update, day 6 and it’s excuse after excuse. The reps cut you off and don’t let you finish speaking so they can provide excuses. I’ve had to click on request quote for them to literally call me back as no one answers on the app to answer questions. I deal with contractors and service on a daily basis and this is by far the worst service in Broward County. It’s as if some kid hopped on AI to create an app that does not work properly and the staff is disappointing at best. Hopefully they can release the hold on my credit card without penalty as no services are rendered and my gate has been unlocked in back for a week now as they keep telling me today they will fulfill the order. Absolutely the worst experience dealing with this “company”, if you can call it that Update Day 7. They said they would cancel the order and no penalty but they haven’t cancelled the order and it’s 8:36pm. I have to call again tomorrow (request quote for them to call me back, since they don’t have customer support) and hopefully resolve this nightmare

I’ve been dealing with Carlos out of the Miami office and he has been outstanding. Not only a great personality, but knowledgeable and extremely helpful in meeting my needs and goals here in Lakeland. I reached out to multiple propane dealers serving the Lakeland area and FlashGas was the only one who understood my situation and took the initiative to make sure I got what I needed. Thank you! App says 3 hours - 3 days delivery, they will give you a further delivery date , and if you try to cancel they do not refund your money. It’s ridiculous they don’t tell you the arrival date before you place the order. Robbery! You’re better off finding a company on google and making appointments! Or driving to your nearest refil station
