2026-04-10	Iv*****	The Loews website opens within the app to book a room. The account data in the app (previous stays, preferences, cc info, etc.) does not cross over to the website. After booking is completed, the reservation info can be retrieved on the website but not in the app. Please fix this. Loews hotels are my favorite. Hilton hotels are my second favorite because of the convenience and functionality of their app.

2025-10-12	di*****	Stella Nova isn’t listed so I can’t link my reservation. I reported the issue months ago and the helpdesk person was very rude and eventually said he would escalate it and…..nothings changed.

2025-05-13	№№*****	Do not waste your time. The check in DOESN’T work. The app is asking you to sign in every time you open it. I did check in and gave my payment, but got no keyless entry. In fact SOBE doesn’t have that option but Loews promotes it anyway.

2025-01-15	bu*****	I just signed up for the app and I am supposed to be able to check in via the app but when I put my CVC number in it is still gray and I’m not able to check in. Also, the hotel needs to provide more photos of the rooms. I’m actually shocked. They are not more photos, especially of the ocean front Given that that’s such an easy marketing tool.
