2026-08-18	Pr*****	The app has a clean interface although the from account and to account can stand out a bit more from UX perspective. The transfer is near instant if you’re using Apple Pay and rate is pretty good. I ran into payment failures for larger ie greater than $10K amounts and support was not very helpful in diagnosing the issue. I think it was mostly due to bank imposed restrictions not directly related to Aspora but they should give clearer guidance around this

2026-08-17	ka*****	Your support sucks, there is no proper UI. I can not see what the other guy is been doing as it’s not streaming properly in the chat and if i lock my screen notification will not come at all. very bad exper improve this

Very bad transfer process, Initially liked it but after 2 transfers it stopped working thought it’s only me facing the issue but later found almost everyone is facing same issue no matter which transfer type we select payment is getting failed

One of my payments failed over a month ago, and the status is still not updated correctly in the app. Every time I contact customer support, I get excuses instead of a proper resolution. The support team has been very disappointing and unhelpful throughout the process. Good rates alone are not enough when reliability and customer service are lacking.
