2026-07-19	TP*****	I would not recommend this app. While the exchange rates they offer are good, the app has too many technical issues. One of my payments failed over a month ago, and the status is still not updated correctly in the app. Every time I contact customer support, I get excuses instead of a proper resolution. The support team has been very disappointing and unhelpful throughout the process. Good rates alone are not enough when reliability and customer service are lacking.

2026-05-21	Vi*****	It works fine until finally one day it doesn’t work. Nobody knows why, their customer support is pathetic, you cannot reach them and 72 hours SLA they have for themselves is a joke. I had a query opened for more than 6 months with no resolution.
