2026-05-16	Da*****	I’ve had this game for years with no issues. I’ve also made In-app purchases and have been billed correctly. I’ve recently purchased/unlocked a feature under the “Warriors Trials” that allows you to claim additional rewards for completing tasks for $19.99. This purchase/unlock is a one-time deal. I clicked/authorized the purchase and it was unlocked immediately. When I checked my receipt it stated I made the charge twice. That was the only in-app purchase I made that day. Bear in mind I have previous made one-time $19.99 purchases and never got billed twice for the same before per my emailed receipts. I submitted a refund request through Apple and it got denied twice. First time for not providing enough info/evidence even though you can attach photos or screenshots. Second when I added more written information. Never had an issue before with in-app purchases in my 15 years using apps/purchase through Apple. Regardless, you shouldn’t be billed twice for one product, I thought I had a compelling and reasonable case but I guess Apple can’t afford to listen to reason.
