Wish I could summarize how awful, poorly integrated, and ridiculous to use this app is. It makes set up onerous and the customization features worthless. For a $500 speaker it’s absurd. I’m returning the speaker and going with something that’s actually out of Beta. Ouch.

I’ve had mine for over a year and the WiFi:Bluetooth connectivity has declined, from already being poor. Times out when communicating between app and phone, all audio drops in the middle of a song, but shows still playing in the media player, within the app itself the speaker can’t perform any settings updates or “manual” firmware checks without completely breaking down. Speaker is fantastic, but these software glitches make it virtually unusable.
