2023-04-30	uu*****	I spoke with customer service to report freezing on level 17 and they advised me to restart my iPad and then if that didn’t work reinstall the game and lose progress. Ok I have restarted my iPad multiple times and deleted and redownloaded game from scratch lost all progress and STILL on level 17 it freezes so frustrating. I have purchased and played all of these apps with no problems and loved these games but I won’t purchase again because of these issues.
