Arjo Express is your portal to manage your rental products and service needs at your convenience. No need for phone calls during office hours, because your schedule is anything but predictable.

With the Arjo Express app you can:

• Create orders using stock from standby/bedstore location
• Create requests for Arjo to deliver products
• Create Pick Up requests for Arjo to collect products
• Create service call for Arjo to resolve if a rental product is not working
• Get visibility on status of all orders – On Rent, Awaiting Delivery, Awaiting Pickup & Drafts
• Make changes – Patient name/ID, Room number, PO number & Ward/Unit (depending on division permissions)
• View stock in standby/bedstore location
• Run reports – Daily Rental, Period Overview or Data Export
• Create users within your organization (dependent on user permission)
• Create service requests for an Arjo Service Engineer to attend your site
• View Install base
• Register new equipment added to your Install base
• Change details on existing equipment – Asset no., Floor, Room, Location or text
• Advise Arjo about equipment no longer in use
