2026-03-01	Ma*****	When you are at the confirmation screen, the ‘reverse direction’ button activates when you click anywhere in line with the text, not just on the text itself. Where you put this feature on the screen it lands right where your thumb lands to start scrolling down… This makes it easy to accidentally reverses the direction, which is also easy to miss(there is no confirmation warning either) and makes you book the wrong route. This should not have survived the three or so updates it has so far.

2024-05-18	ca*****	The BC ferries app is an excellent example of how the company uses mediocre technology to make their customers’ lives miserable. Good luck logging in. Good luck getting a reservation. If you succeed at the above, may god be with you when you show up at the ferry terminal only to be denied entry because the reservation you made never existed.

2023-05-22	sa*****	Terrible user experience.Maybe there is a way to create an account but I sure couldn’t find it. All I could find was a login email address/password and a forgot your password. There is a button that allows you to log in without an account but you can’t make a reservation. This app should be a resume generating event for whomever wrote this app and for whomever approved this app at BC Ferries.
