I can’t begin to tell you the amount of times this app has either logged me out without ability to log back in, lost a ticket, lost connection with the host, took more than 5 minutes to load a single function, timed out waiting for the bus, not updated the schedule in app even though an alert for that route was put out or just overall didn’t work. Being forced to use this system as the only way to cross the Hudson River publicly since this was rolled out you pass off a lot of things that with any other app or service would be unacceptable. It’s such a chore to attempt to get a bus ticket on the app that frequently i have to abandon the app for an alternative because it actually takes a solid minute or more for the app to process you’ve clicked on something. It’s common practice to get on the bus while it’s loading and show the driver after it loads like 5 minutes later. All of that annoyance just to like, board some bus that’s borderline breaking down (have been in one that broke down on the highway before) while you wonder whether or not the driver will stay on course for all the stops or do you have to get off at a much earlier stop and walk. It’s a horrible app and horrible bus system experience but unfortunately there’s no alternative!

Worst transit app. Constantly logs you off and gives sign-in errors. Takes forever to load the ticket while in-app. Makes it a terrible experience trying to pay for a fare.

Generally inaccurate information. Clumsy interface. Wish there was a better option!
