2026-07-23	Ch*****	This app is so bad, I use it only for horse racing so it’s all from that perspective. 1. Excessive Logging out. My banking app doesn’t log out this much. My phone is protected and I keep an eye on it. Give an option to stay logged in, or just stay logged in longer. 2. Ticket building, this is related to #1, you take the time building a big ticket and then go to submit it. You missed the fact that it logged you out, and instead of logging you in a placing the bet it clears it out and you have to do it again. Ridiculous. 3. The results screen for your ticket is not useful. When betting a multi-leg ticket it will only show you the first leg of the race. You can’t see the whole ticket results. 4. Race results don’t show you the payouts for anything. Win, Exactas…. Nothing. 5. Placing a bet, there is a bug when you get to the final screen and want to adjust the bet amount if you touch anything it will just place a bet for you so you end up with a $1 bet or minimum bet. So if you forget to adjust it on the race screen you have to go back adjust it to one of the preset options and then make the bet. 6. This is probably a casino or gaming policy not an app issue but because of #5 it would be nice to be able to cancel a ticket before post time because of so many times a bet gets placed erroneously. This app feels undercooked and just thrown together. I hope they take the inputs and improve this because if another one opens up for horse racing in Nevada I will jump on it. Edit: In order to be fair, I did discover you can see the payouts in the results screen by swiping the results. However, a better UI would have mad that clear. There is nothing on that screen that would indicate you can swipe there. Some dots, an arrow, anything would be nice.

I have money in account and support just said. “It’s due to high traffic making bets” William hill don’t have this problem!

Would be a decent app if we were living in the late 2000s. Serious question: what are you all doing to improve the user experience on this app? You have dozens of negative reviews, but the app has shown little (if any) improvement over the last year.

2026-02-06	Ha*****	I tried about five times to get this app to verify my identification. It said it was going to send me a text, but it never did. I reset my phone number thinking maybe it wasn’t in there correctly. Then I tried it again but the text never came. Then I had to verify my a selfie and my drivers license. The app wouldn’t take my photo of my drivers license and just kept telling me it was too blurry. I’m on an iPhone. It takes great pics. The problem is this freaking app. It gives you no opportunity to upload a photo of your drivers license because the camera function doesn’t work. About after the fifth try, however, it took a photo and verified my identity. But then it told me I had to go to a station casino to verify my identity. This app sucks big time. Save yourself an hour and simply go to the casino and get signed up that way.
