| 2026-01-18 | We***** | I try to login. Get verification code and it restarts the process over. Never can get past to code. Once entered and accepted it stays on same page so I hit login again and it says code is invalid, so I have to do it all over again. | |

| 2026-01-13 | Mu***** | I want to start with the positive. OzarksGo is by far the best fiber internet option in NWA. I have used all of them. In 3 years I’ve had 0 downtime, outside of one scheduled at 2am. I do not use their managed WiFi because I prefer my own router. My mother does use it, and that is where the problem is. The app is missing very basic features. I understand they focus on local support and want customers to call for help, which is good. However, the app should still include simple tools like restarting the router or modem and a basic network health check with easy diagnostics. These are basic needs, not advanced features. Older people often do not want to unplug equipment or call support. Being able to press one button in the app would make things much easier. | |

| 2024-08-27 | K2***** | My COX internet went down nightly in Fayetteville. AT&T fiber was cut multiple times, terrible offshore customer support & price always increased after promotion. OG buried their fiber in conduit so I’m not afraid of fiber cuts while gardening. The service is blazing fast, and any customer service issues I’m talking to someone in NWA. The installers ran a wired extender so my WiFi is stable throughout my house. The mobile app is pretty simple to use & it looks like I can manage a lot of things in my house. Great to have a local fiber provider who takes care of their customers. | |
