Our app makes it easier for employees to take full advantage of everything their company has to offer through an experience unique to them. Take the employee-employer relationship to a higher level with the McGriff Journey app!

The McGriff Journey app helps:

Engage:

• In the “Community Tile,” employees can like, comment and share posts. Or create posts to recognize peers and their accomplishments.
• Distribute surveys directly in the app to check-in and assess how employees are doing.
• Send push notifications in real time or schedule them to connect with employees where they most often consume information, i.e., their phones!
• Invite family members to the app free of charge to take advantage of the same features available to employees.
• Run wellness challenges seamlessly through the app, e.g., most steps in a day, week, or month.
• Track your steps, compete in challenges with colleagues, and prioritize your wellbeing with the Activity Tracker! Through syncing the Apple Health or Google Fit already on your device, you can see your daily, weekly, and monthly activity directly in the app. After that initial sync is completed, you can begin tracking activity, with or without a fitness device, and work towards achieving your fitness goals! If you do not see the Activity Tracker live in your app, please reach out to your HR team to enable the feature for you.


 Educate:

• The app consolidates your benefits offerings and includes detailed plan information so employees can make informed decisions for themselves and their family.
• APIs and SSOs connect employees to their payroll check stubs, provider searches and more.
• 401k/HRIS integrations provide easy access to employee benefits programs.
• Store important employee documentation, such as benefits guides and employee handbooks, to ensure employees have immediate access to critical information at the push of a button.

• Telemedicine and Rx integrations help employees save on healthcare costs.
• Save ID cards in the app and share directly with providers.
• Set up integrations to let employees call HR teams, EAP vendors, or other support teams whenever they have a question.
