2024-08-26	Am*****	I have the physical calculator (BA II Plus). Downloaded the app - thought it would be convenient. The cash flow (CF) does does work and IRR gives an error. Verified on physical calculator and it worked. I will not be using this app anymore. Not reliable at all.
