I bought my MYLO a year ago in July 2025, due to a storm in August 2026, water got into the camera and now it does not work. I was told I can get another one for only 30% off because weather damage is not covered by them and it passed it’s 1 year warranty. This is supposed to be for the outdoors and in water! I couldn’t control the storm and wasn’t aware the MYLO couldn’t handle stormy weather. I am waiting to speak to a manager.

This app is an absolute disaster. Doesn't connect to wifi. Can't connect to or pull up camera. Device says it's linked to app but nothing displays. Will be returning
