2026-07-29	Ni*****	My account became deactivated the beginning of this month. It had nothing to do with late payments or missed payments. I tried to contact customer support for three weeks but all I get are computerized reply’s. This is a great app and I hate to walk away but I just may have to. So who knows why this happened but I guess I’m looking for a new app to replace this one.

2026-07-29	CH*****	I’ve been using VANSi for a couple months but after the update I keep getting on error messages when I try to link my debit card and it’s the same debit card that’s linked to my checking account. I get the congratulations page that tells me I upgraded my account but I can’t go any further because it takes me directly to the “link debit card” page and I’m unable to go to the Home Screen. And customer service doesn’t reply at all I just get the automated emails. It’s a good app once they fix a few bugs that’s stopping customers from using the service they provide

Error messages all over the app and you can’t take another advance. But yet. They still keep charging you 7.99 every two weeks. Crooks. Don’t buy

2026-07-28	An*****	Not satisfied with this app cause they take too long to send you an advance, even with an expedited fee it’ll still take business days to be in your account. Then when you repay them it takes too long to “clear” and take another advance which is too inconvenient.

Not sure why it was deactivated I had some issues with The app and questions and I could never get a person to respond from support . Don’t waste your time . It also takes almost a week for your repayment to reflect in the app
