Reviewers like the clean UI and ease of ordering, especially for Kadena, but several reliability gaps dampen the experience. The most recurring issues are the missing ZIP code field in the payment flow, which blocks checkout; delivery time options that often can't be set; and inconsistent order status/history visibility, including disappeared orders after reopening. Couldn’t input an address for delivery without it glitching then having to start over.

Everytime I use this app it’s a dice roll on if it’ll let me order because “time selection is not valid/expired” but the only option in time selection is “Today, ASAP”. There’s nothing you can do aside from just ordering off a different app.
