2025-09-10	Mr*****	Edited to add- The company did reach out to me to have a conversation which I appreciate. So I am adjusting my star rating to reflect the care the company took to ensure that I knew they heard me. My concern still stands that I do wish that there were more features without having to commit to a subscription, which wasn’t addressed. However I understand that with small companies that isn’t always possible. It’s hard to find an app that has amazing features during this complicated journey and I guess I need to keep looking. With how much I’m already spending for my meds, appointments, treatments and travel, I don’t want to add paying for an app on top of it. The developers should understand that at the least.

2025-07-21	co*****	I really enjoy using Berry, especially the medication notifications! It's a fantastic app, but recently it's been incredibly slow. When I try to mark my medications as taken three times a day, it lags and takes way too long, when it should just be a quick half-second task. Sometimes, it makes me feel like throwing my phone, honestly! 😂

2024-12-05	ni*****	It’s been so hard to find an app that not only has the basics of IVF tracking, but executed reliably and has educational features. The development team is very responsive and is always open to feedback/suggestions. The fact that it’s completely free is the cherry on top. Very grateful for what this app has done for me during this challenging time.

2024-08-23	do*****	Download and never even passed the registration process. It won’t send me my verification email. When I click for it to be “resent” it tells me I sent too many times already. (Update) customer service is amazing. They fixed problem few days after original review. They have updated their system to accept @icloud.com emails.

2024-06-26	An*****	I’ve been so worried about my upcoming ERA test and needed some help understanding how this process works as far as expected pain level. I read some articles on the app, but figured I’d still message and ask. Someone responded within minutes and broke down the entire endometrial biopsy process for me. I am still a bit worried, but I have a better understanding of what to expect.

2024-03-28	Ma*****	This is such a wonderful app. IVF is all new to me and this app helped me be organized with all the medications and appointments, as well as provide great information about the whole process. I was able to show my husband things too that helped him understand and I’ve recommended it to several people! I also love how you can message the team with questions. Overall, it is such a great app!!

2024-03-23	Ro*****	I used this app for my first egg freezing cycle and tried a couple others at the same time. This was the only app that didn’t have distracting ads and all sorts of other unnecessary junk. I absolutely love it. I’ve now used it for a second cycle and won’t ever use another fertility tracking app. On top of being junk free, it is so easy to use. The app has all of the common fertility medicines and even has built in filters for the stage the med is used for. For each med, there are tutorials showing how to administer them and talking about what the med does. When I had an issue accessing historical data, I used the in app help chat and within minutes was talking to the founder who helped me get the data I needed. She asked for feedback on the app and for any features that I might like to see going forward. So refreshing to get a real human and not an AI bot, and to have that person genuinely care what the users think about the app and what they need. I cannot stress enough how outside of the norm this is and it was so very refreshing. There are a few things that would make this incredible app even better! - Ability to add follicle counts (I use tasks for this now) - Ability to add common lab results (also using tasks for this) - Ability to export data - Ability to access past fertility treatment cycles - Ability to compare labs, counts, dosage data across cycles - Month and week calendar views
