2026-04-26	as*****	I chose to provision my boat with them because they state they will deliver to remote anchorages right to the deck of your boat. We were having engine troubles, so I thought, perfect! (Wrong). After spending an hour placing my order, the employee asked for my coordinates and where my boat was. I’m in Marigot bay just outside the marina. Then she stated they don’t offer delivery service to boats at anchor. Mmm. Not what your app says. I was billed immediately and employee states it could take 7 days to get my money back. Nothing about this feels good. If they’re not going to offer straight to your boat delivery, then remove it from your website and app before you mislead anyone else.
