2023-06-09	T *****	I love the Floor Yin Yoga. It has so many classes and there is a pose library if I can’t remember or don’t know a pose. There are so many guided classes and also silent classes with a timer and short video of the pose. I’ve enjoyed these after using the app for couple months and have already learned the poses. I like that I can do these classes out by the lake by downloading them ahead of time. Great for me and just what my old body needs.

2022-12-09	2x*****	There are many types of yoga. Jackie explains the basic differences so you can access what will work for you. Also gives a list of items needed to start a practice. Amazing what can be accomplished as far as fitness through yoga instead of complicated exercise machines. Also clears the mind for calm and meditation.
