Am greeted (on iPhone 13, iOS 18.3.2) with a screen that is not sized to my device, unresponsive to any touch or input, and 100% garbage. Worse than useless. Even a static image of the (complete) Home Screen would be better, because at least I would be able to see that. I can’t believe that a rep at Towne just suggested I could use this junk to interact successfully with them. I have used the website owners portal successfully. I imagine that the idea was to have a handy way to do that on a phone, but that is not the result. Instead I am just disappointed in Towne Properties yet again, in a whole new way. Is there anyone competent at that place?
