Recent reviews

Looks like they are phasing out breakfast and there aren’t even lunch options anymore. They used to have a French toast and smoothie choice also some other breakfast choices and all that seems to be disappeared. I like having microwave options but there are less to cook or make now.

Update: the mobile app is back up, but the interface is not as friendly as it used to be. I can’t tell which recipes are gluten-free unless I open each one. Pain! Their mobile app, was down for weeks. I had to use the website which is not nearly as user-friendly. Purple carrot is the best option if you’re looking for a vegan meal delivery service. Many delicious recipes to choose from. Occasionally, I will get ingredients that are not very fresh - bad lettuce or soft vegetables or slimy fresh spices - or they send a very small portion (the other day I received five little potatoes rather than the 11 it showed in the picture). As a fairly new vegan, I’ve enjoyed learning how to create new recipes and cook things that I never would have considered. Delivery has been reliable and good. They offer meal kits, premade meals, and groceries. it’s a great place to get some unexpected vegan ingredients and snacks. Their queso is the best I found, and we love the Tuscan sandwich meat.
