2026-07-24	Ja*****	I have dealt with a lot of of light strips and Bluetooth devices. This tells you to scan a code that they don’t tell you where the code is. There is a transparency code on the box that the scanner does not recognize. I tried to manually type in all the numbers did not recognize it. I wrote the company twice received. No email back. Worst experience that I’ve ever had.
