I received a fine of 60 EUR because the app did not load my ticket fast enough for the inspector despite adequate network connectivity.

I tried to purchase a Deutschland Ticket from this app and it would only show Sepa payment, but no debit or creditcard option. Access Problems: I could access the website with my password, but it would not work on the app. No phone number to call for support. When I tried to purchase again, I received error and no opportunity to contact any support. Horribly disrespectful and lack of basic function.
