Matching construction workers with industry-wide jobs from employers who want to put the worker first. We have built both a web portal and native mobile app, which allows workers to upload their identity documents, skills, address and expected salary, to get matched with jobs that are close to their house, suit their skill set and meet their salary requirements. We are using Artificial Intelligent and running a number of smart checks to verify the worker is who they say they are, and we have built a very sophisticated matching algorithm to ensure we are matching the right people with the right jobs.
