MyPath does not replace your MyUCSDHealth app or MyUCSDChart patient portal. Please continue using your MyUCSDChart secure patient portal to manage your health activities online.

With MyPath you can:

1. Connect with our Patient Navigators and other support services
2. Take personal notes about your appointments
3. Receive up to date directions, transit and parking information
4. Easily find numbers to contact your UC San Diego Health Care Team and Clinics
5. Review education materials on general cancer care
6. Access recommended cancer resources
