On the exact day one of the unauthorized charges appeared on my bank account, I immediately contacted customer support and provided evidence of the charge. Despite reaching out promptly, the support process involved lengthy delays and multiple rounds of back-and-forth communication that stretched over several weeks. At the end of the process, Lisa AI refused to issue a refund, stating that the request fell outside of their three-day refund window. This was extremely frustrating because I had contacted them on the same day the charge occurred. The delay was caused by the company’s own response times, not by any delay on my part. I also provided documentation, including the bank transaction and the original email showing when I first reported the issue. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the company’s billing practices and customer service procedures. I feel that legitimate customer complaints can become ineligible for refunds simply because of how long the support process takes.
