I really want to like this app because having everything in one place would be so convenient, but it’s become increasingly frustrating to use. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this issue—it has happened multiple times already. The app frequently seems to be under maintenance, and my condo unit disappears while only my parking unit remains visible. Because of this, I can’t make payments through the app and end up having to contact customer support every time just to figure out what’s going on and ask for alternative payment options. Unfortunately, support responses can sometimes take a while, so I often have to keep following up just to get an update, which makes the whole experience even more stressful when payment deadlines are approaching. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app as instructed, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I appreciate that the team is continuously working on updates, but these recurring issues have been happening for far too long. As a homeowner, I shouldn’t have to worry about whether I’ll be able to access my property information or make my payments on time. The app has a lot of potential, but it really needs to be more stable and reliable.

This app is ridiculous. It stops working and they charge late fees. So make that make sense.
