Select your preferred meal plan; personalize it with your details (weight, height, gender, goals, underlying medical conditions if any…); review your personalized meal plan and if you don’t like a suggested food item, simply exchange it. Repeat this process until your plan is personalized to satisfy all your nutritional considerations (budget, food sensitivities, item availability where you shop, general palatability); create your personalized grocery list; and start your program. No more time consuming and costly back and forth consultations with a nutritionist. Use your Apple Health Kit to automatically log, track and count your daily steps. Activating Apple Health allows you to automatically track, count and record your daily steps to your cloud profile. To enable this feature, go to "Settings," then "Optional Settings" and tap the radio button for "Enable Apple Health Kit."
