Been following Amy for awhile. She really makes exercise accessible. Workouts for all levels, equipment, no equipment, modifications. Plus weekly and monthly calendars so you don’t have to think about it, just queue up the day’s workout and get moving!

It’s so nice to have a community to engage with outside of social media through the BodyFit by Amy app. You get so sucked in and distracted when on Facebook or Instagram so it’s nice to be able to be here and focus just on my own and everyone else’s health and wellness. I also love how organized everything is! Makes it so easy!

Been doing Amy’s workouts on YouTube since onset of pandemic- she provides a variety of options and always keeps it interesting. The new app rocks! Take a look - it’s comprehensive. Looking forward to exploring more of her offerings and using it more often.
