I didn’t know how much I needed Amy, Vivian and this community. I came to work on ab strength. I stayed for the community, the pacing, the excellent schedule and challenge of the workouts, and wonderful check-in time when we can all get real about health and fitness in a judgement free zone. Been following Amy for awhile. She really makes exercise accessible. Workouts for all levels, equipment, no equipment, modifications. Plus weekly and monthly calendars so you don’t have to think about it, just queue up the day’s workout and get moving!
