User reviews show the FlyAway app offers handy in-app ticketing at a lower cost and can be convenient to use. However, widespread issues sour experience: activation warnings are unclear and windows are short with no refunds; billing glitches and double charges; ticket scanners sometimes fail; live tracker and schedule information is unreliable; buses often late or full; and customer support is underwhelming. Clear activation guidance, reliable billing, robust scanning, accurate schedules, and better support are needed.

Recent reviews

Even if you buy a ticket on the app and wait in line for 10 mins, if the bus fills up they will leave you at the station. Since they ask you to activate your tickets before you board, if you activate as you got in line they will deny you entry and you will have to purchase again. Sometimes the app can glitch (using Apple Pay) and your tickets will be removed as well. Additionally, many folks take the bus since it’s listed as a 1 hr for the airport but this is untrue, and depending on traffic the bus can take up to 1.5 hrs causing people to miss their flight.

Waited over two hours for bus at Delta stop. Saw 3 busses go by without stoping to pick anyone up. Stranded at least 30 people. Ended up taking taxi for $200. Plus the 4 tickets I purchased.
