User Reviews
Pros
- Convenient in-app ticket purchase ahead of travel.
- Tickets are cheaper than alternatives like Uber or Lyft from LAX.
- Ability to scan tickets directly from your phone for boarding.
- Pre-trip planning is easier since tickets can be bought online before travel.
Cons
- Activation prompts imply a required step and create a short 3-hour usage window with unclear warnings and a non-refundable policy.
- Billing and refunds problems: tickets can be charged without being usable, duplicates occur, and refunds are hard or unavailable.
- Ticket scanning and validation issues: scanners often fail to read tickets, causing delays or denial of service.
- Live tracker/schedule information is frequently inconsistent: inaccurate times, delayed buses, or buses arriving early or full.
- Customer support is often unhelpful or hard to reach, with little on-site assistance.

This app is useful, but the ticket activation process is misleading. After entering my credit card, the app prompted me to “Activate Tickets,” which made it seem like a required step to complete the purchase. Once activated, I found out the ticket expires in 3 hours.
I immediately contacted customer service to deactivate it, but they said they have a strict no-refund policy and couldn’t reverse it. As a result, I lost $12.50 on a ticket I wasn’t ready to use.
The app would benefit from clearer warnings before activation and a more flexible refund policy. Be careful when using it so you don’t run into the same issue.

You won’t be able to see the signs on the bus necessarily and the drivers won’t ask you where you’re going. I used this app to buy a ticket for Union station and then a bus pulled up as I got to the pick up. I didn’t see any indication of where it was going and didn’t know it would go elsewhere, I scanned my ticket and it accepted it. Didn’t think about it until we got to destination, nope, I’m in Van Nuys and now have to go all the way back to LAX and get on another bus to Union station or pay another $60 for an uber/lyft. MAYBE YOUR VAN NUYS BUS SHOULDNT ACCEPT UNION STATION TICKETS AND VICE VERSA. Maybe put a sign on the side of the bus? Maybe have your drivers ask where you’re going? Maybe a million things.
