Dear Upick Team, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the repeated and inconsistent name changes of Heeseung on your platform. Changing his name from Heeseung to Evan, then to Evan Heeseung, and now to only Evan is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Heeseung is, and will always be, a member of ENHYPEN. These arbitrary changes create confusion among fans and show a lack of respect for both the artist and the fandom. Platforms like yours should prioritize accuracy and professionalism, especially when representing well-known artists. Due to this issue, I have decided to delete my account and uninstall your application. I cannot support a platform that handles artists in such a careless and inconsistent manner. I’ve been trying to reach a live agent to get help for my rewards, and they keep closing the conversation and telling me to start a new one. It’s also stinky that the rewards reset before I could even use it because the ads didn’t want to load properly— trash app
