Im out of the country. My house sitter cant/ dog sitter got locked out. I went in the app and they wanted to charge me $50 for an outside IT person to trouble shoot. Not cool. App said “Not connected to Gateway “. My house sitter cannot get in. She has tried my code and herscand 2 additional ones i set up. So frustrating and NOT GOOD!!!

The lock was easy to install and connect to the app. It could use some drastic improvements, like allowing two people to sign in to the account and for the app to accurately reflect if the door is unlocked or locked. Also, the capability to lock or unlock the door while away doesn’t work sufficiently.
